Nico recently completed him MBA at MIT's Sloan School of Management, where he met and joined the founding team of Altera as its Chief Business Officer. He was most recently a founder and strategy lead on a fast growing startup in the fantasy sports space.

Luke is the CEO of Anykraft with experiences at Bloomberg and enterprise tech consulting. He grew fond of blockchain technology while getting his master's in CS from Cornell in 2017. A big believer of free to play, no upfront costs, easy to learn competitive games, as well as NFTs and blockchain, Luke and the team put a significant dent in blockchain-integrated games.

Chi Hyun leads the tech side of Anykraft. An engineer to the core and a believer in craftsmanship, Chi Hyun's past experience at Niantic (Pokémon Go), Amazon, and Nexon make him a unicorn in every aspect of game building.

Offer Yehudai is the Founder/CEO of Arya. Previously, Offer was President of leading Adtech startup Fyber which was acquired by Digital Turbine, where he took over as Chief Marketing Officer post acquisition.

Tomer Magid is Co-founder at Arya. Previously he was Chief Operating Officer at Venn, a venture-backed social networking and services platform for hyperlocal neighborhood groups.

Nik Bonaddio is the founder and CEO of BigBrain. Before founding BigBrain, he was the Chief Product Officer at FanDuel and the Founder/CEO of numberFire, which was acquired by FanDuel in 2015.

Formerly Lead Producer for Diablo III at Blizzard Entertainment in 2003 and Lead Gameplay Programmer for the Ratchet & Clank series at Insomniac Games, Keith was born and raised in Hong Kong, and graduated from Phillips Exeter and received a B.S. & M.S. in Computer Science at Stanford University.

Emil builds real-time stateless multiplayer, cross-play, and ops platforms for both mobile and AAA games. He loves skill-based MMR matchmaking systems for competitive games, and was born and raised in Croatia.

Starting with NFTs, Eric Feng is the co-founder and CEO of stealth web3 startup Cymbal. He previously led ecommerce incubations at Facebook, where he joined after leading early stage consumer internet investments at venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins. Before Kleiner Perkins, Eric was the founding CTO and head of product at Hulu, and had leadership roles at Microsoft Research.

James is a co-founder and CPO at Cymbal. Before starting Cymbal, James was the creator of a popular NFT project which he did anonymously. Previously he was the founder and CEO of Gif Your Game. GYG made it easy to share highlights of your gameplay and was acquired in the summer of 2021. James is an avid angel investor and NFT collector with early bets on Doodles, Coco, Backbone, Shef, Bird Buddy and more.

Han is the Founder & CEO of Deca. He is the largest single owner of both Fidenza and Incomplete Control NFT art collections. Previously he worked at Amazon, Google, Dropbox + 2 startups. Part of 6529 Capital.

Akhil was previously a GM at The Athletic leading Content Strategy.

Jacob was previously a GM at The Athletic.

Felix was previously a Technical Lead at a medical data analytics startup called Komodo Health. Prior to that he worked as a software engineer at Coinbase and SurveyMonkey.

Vish was previously a PM at Facebook working on AI Applied Research and most recently as part of the Horizon Creation Team.

Peggy was previously a software engineer at Facebook focusing on Computer Vision as part of the AR Avatar team at Meta Reality Labs.

Brina founded Hamul (acq. by Roblox) a social platform helping gamers capture and share their best gaming moments. Prior to Hamul, Brina was Instagram's first female engineer, and went on to be a founding engineering manager at Quip which was acquired by Salesforce.com.

Tikue has worked in product roles at Affirm, YouTube and Google Pay. He was born in Nigeria and enjoys exploring new cities.

Ahmad has worked in product roles at Affirm and Google ads. He is an LA native with a penchant for escape rooms.

Vinay Jain is the co-founder and CEO of Sesame Labs. Previously he was a PM lead for Facebook Pages, connecting 120M Businesses and 2B users monthly. Previously, he built and grew Facebook Leads Ads to a $1B ARR in 3 years from scratch. He was a founding team member of the WhatsApp Business API, which drives $100M+ ARR. He co-founded a developer tools startup in the past and has been an active crypto investor since 2013.

Aman Jain is the co-founder and CTO of Sesame Labs. Previously he was a Founder at Meta’s Innovation Lab, where we launched three consumer products in 2 years. Previously, he was a tech lead for Twitter’s Custom Audience product, which accounted for ~10% of overall revenue. Also, he was a founding team member of the WhatsApp Business API that drove $100M+ ARR.

Slim is a product designer who served as project lead and VP of R&D roles at Riot Games for 8 years. He custom built multiple teams of over 100 developers around specific player needs and together, as a co-founder of VALORANT with Trevor, developed a thesis process for defining new game ideas and helping them persist through years of development, hundreds of obstacles, and a barrage of competitors. He feels lucky to have learned from and fought alongside other developers at Riot and Blizzard, trying to do the right by players, and carries that commitment forward into Raid Base.

Starting his career as a Game Designer at Riot Games, Trevor worked on League of Legends, doing live balance & reworks during season 1 & 2, and created champions that expanded the game roster. Trevor was a co-founder of VALORANT, working on a large span of systems and content for the game, and led the design team through launch.

Jon was the former founder and CTO of Blitz (backed by YC and Riot), which Discord acquired. There, he led the engineering side of the communities product organization, helping to build the product line that accounted for nearly half of the network growth during his time there.

Nan is the Founder & CEO of Sleeper. Prior to founding Sleeper, Nan worked in various roles at Neuberger Berman, China Investment Corporation, Fidelity Investments and Northwestern Mutual.

Bruno is a gaming creator turned entrepreneur that leverages his experience to empower the next generation of gamers. Featured on Forbes 30 under 30, he has become widely known as a mobile gaming ambassador in Brazil. Bruno spends his time playing with his dog and talking to new creators and builders alike.

Matthew is a lifelong gamer who previously spent three years building esports and creator programs at Super Evil Megacorp. His passion for creative and strategy was later channeled into Loud, which saw the organization expand into the seven businesses under Spacecaps today. Matthew likes to spend his time experimenting and learning about new consumer experiences enabled by web3.

Jean is a social media wizard and champions the meta of social media strategies used by gaming organizations today. Leading Operations, Jean has worked hands-on across Spacecaps companies where he scaled operations from 10 people to over 300. You can find Jean jamming away in FPS titles or at the local skatepark.

Alex previously founded Kano Computing and created the Stem Player interactive music speaker, both of which achieved commercial success.

Justin believes that the greater levels of collaboration, access, and ownership made available by Web3 will result in the discovery of new, dynamic creators and stories. He serves as a core community member at several DAOs that promote, invest, and foster emerging DAOs including Seed Club, Metacartel Ventures, and Own.Fund. Before his career in Web3, Justin was the Founder and CEO of Rentlytics, a data analytics technology company that was acquired by RealPage in 2018. Before venturing into the world of technology startups, Justin was a Partner at a Private Equity firm. Justin is also an active investor in Web3 startups.

J.P. began his career in television development at Lionsgate Entertainment working on a slate of shows that included Mad Men and Orange is the New Black. He then went on to co-create and lead Tyler, The Creator’s direct-to-consumer media venture and production company GOLF MEDIA. There he oversaw content development, product and technology, as well as sales of incubated projects to linear television, including The Jellies (Adult Swim) and Nuts & Bolts (Viceland).

Rose Xi leads product, engineering, and design teams. Prior to Tonic, she co-founded predictive analytics company Remedy, and was the first designer-engineer at Eventbrite. Rose is an alumna of Princeton University and Leaders in Tech Fellows.
